Shelves are up!!
We are waiting for 3 more shelves(wooden part) but it is up!! I have yet to organise the shelves properly but for now i have put all his books + stuffed animals up there:) Lukas seems to like it and keeps on saying he wants to climb on it !! I suppose it could look like a laddar...
Tack så HEMSKT MYCKET Farmor!!!!!! It's a very lovely (and expensive) present, we can't thank you enough!!
p.s. Lukas has started to pose for me nowadays...
Hmm...what to do with this wall(pic below) now? I actually have a rough idea, but you guys will have to stay tuned for more updates on Lukas' evolving room!!

Short trip to the Botantical Garden
It wasn't as warm as Saturday but it was still nice Fall weather and i took our little man to the Botantical garden late in the afternoon yesterday. To my surprise, there were lots of colorful flowers still in full bloom amongst the awesome autumn foliage :)

Look, i can finally embed my own videos in this blog!! Yay!! Here's Lukas saying he's "Cooking food" when i ask him what he is doing...
And here is another video, me directing Lukas to throw the leaves up in the air underneath the tree... didn't go so well. He kept on running to the sidewalk to throw it. Don't know why....

Bahn-mi :)
Been missing/craving the Grand + Mott street bahn-mi ever since June mentioned she had bahn-mi for lunch a few weeks ago. So i found/printed out a recipe from NYTimes and got me some baguette this morning and made one!! Surprisingly good for my first bahn-mi, hee hee. Hope Lukas likes it.. he loved the baguette and started eating it right away though :)
We are having a really warm balmy autumn weather these days. Going to take our Lukas out to the big park again! See ya later guys!
We ended up playing in our neighborhood lekplats. Johan joined us and took some nice pix of me + Lukas together.
