Lukas kommer till Världen

Weekend Update

We had a pretty easy going weekend. We went to buy Lukas' book shelves on Saturday but to our huge dissapointment, they didn't have it in stock so we went to the playground instead which was better for Lukas :)

Here he is having fun in his cousin's daycare playground, they have a boat and a little plastic house with a kitchen that had lots of windows to open and close to his heart's desire!!

Another great pass time for Lukas (and me) is to go around our neighborhood and find all sorts of mushrooms and cut it's head off with his stick. Ha ha ha... i know it's morbid and mean, but we do leave the pretty + cute ones alone :P Johan says we are elitists!! Then he quickly adds that Lukas sword would be perfect for the job!! We will have to go to Marstrand soon and get it!!

Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL warm sunny day :) So i took Lukas to the big city park and we fed some ducks, ate chocolate icecream, chopped off some more mushroom heads(a bit more discreetly) and looked at some seals and big geese. Was a lovely afternoon, just me and Lukas.

p.s. I finally got my lazy ass off the couch and went for a jogg yesterday! It was awesome!! So here we go again, i am going to try and make this a regular thing. Once a week shouldn't be so hard, right?:) Wish me luck!!

Trip to Göteborg Art Museum

We took Lukas to the Göteborg Art Museum for the first time yesterday. They are showing Swedish illustrator Jan Lööf's work. Lukas has one book of his that i read to him often so he was familiar with his style which was a plus but he just had fun running around, looking thru peep holes, going in and out of the big camera... It was a nice outting after work/daycare :) I will try to do this more often!!

p.s. We finally gots internets yesterday evening!! And you know what that means!! LOTS AND LOTS MORE OF TEAM LUKAS, kee kee!!

Little update on Team Lukas

Remember F*CKING TELIA? Well, f*cking Telia has been promising us internets since early August and supposedly we are going to get internets in our home TODAY. Johan and i am doubtful..still secretly a bit hopeful. Anyways, sorry for the non-posts, i promise i will get regular again once we have internets.

Here i leave you with Lukas from this morning. He's really into lego these days. You can have a look at his room too! We need to put up shelves and decorate it a bit better, but it's getting there :)

White Sandy Beach

Here's an iPhone clip of me playing "White Sandy Beach" to my Kokokaka colleagues yesterday morning :) Once in a while we have a Kokokaka day where you can do anything you want, and i chose to teach myself at least one song to play for Lukas on his ukulele. As you can see, i ain't no pro, but Lukas + Johan likes it!
