Lukas, where's Bamse?

Only one more day of work and we have a very long weekend as well here in Sweden. Thursday is some kind of Easter related holiday, then Monday is Swedish National Day holiday. Friday is in between day which i took as personal holiday. We are planning to go out to Marstrand, tjohoo!!! It's been a while since we were out there...the weather's supposed to be real nice too. I sure hope so cause we need it!!!

P.s. Yes, Lukas actually likes to ride his stroller like that. It's dangerous so i have to be real slow and tell him to hold on the whole time. 

Happy Swedish Mother's Day!

Didn't do anything xtra special... Johan let me sleep in + made pancakes for us, but that's our regular weekend :P I noticed though in our neighborhood playground, i was the only mom. The others were all dads with their kids. I guess it was mom's day off for them today, hee hee.

Grattis Chef Michael!!

We all went over to Erik + Hanna's today to celebrate their father's birthday :) We all had fantastic food (but of course!!) and the kids enjoyed themselves!!

Some dagis update, not only has he NOT cried when Johan dropped him off the last two days, he actually put his lamb on his designated clothing/shoe shelf and waved goodbye to pappa and walked in by himself this morning!!! Wow!! Go Lukas go!! GO GO GO!! :P

Here's a video of Lukas taken just a while ago. He started to put lotion(not really, he couldn't squeeze it out) on his face then on our faces. Gosh... the things he does, just melts my heart!!

Massage chair at Kokokaka

We are trying out this massage chair at work for two weeks. I finally got to try it out yesterday + today and i really hope we can make it a permanent thing :P Today Markus (one in white) told me that we have more options than just the RELAX option which i thought wasn't strong enough, looking forward to trying out the other options the rest of the week, hee hee!!

Hos Verdoes

The weather wasn't so great but Team Lukas had an awesome time hos Verdoes!! The last time Lukas saw them was for his first birthday almost 6 months ago!! Anywho, all three of them got along beautifully and towards the end of our evening Rolf and Lukas were even hugging and kissing each other!! Tusen tack för en spännande lektid + middag Karin & Pieter :)

Med Hyugo

It's been a while since Lukas and Hyugo saw each other. Today we were invited over to their lovely apt again in Haga and had fika + some playtime. They still don't really play with each other, but they did swap what they had in their hands at one point :) I'll take that for now! Tackar Tomoe + Jonathan + Hyugo för fika + lektid!! Vi ses snart :)

Tonite, pappa gave Lukas his bath :)

Dagis Update

It's been exactly a month since he started daycare and Lukas didn't cry this morning!!!! Here's our little future biker...

His new thing...

is to take that little stool(intended for washing face + hands) everywhere around the apt and reach and grab everything that he couldn't otherwise. Hay... but, i let him enjoy the stool when we get ready for his bath.

On a different note, big shout out to my sista in Vancouver. HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNTIE MEEHEA!!! Hope you are having a wonderful bday, wish we were there to celebrate with you, Cary + Sofia!
