I love the stripe shirt and socks!! I'm obsessed with stripes, I think more than half of Luca's wardrobe have some sort of stripes. IN regards to your job, will you eventually go to a full day week or you will keep it until 3:30? I'm sure LUkas will adjust, just hang in there on those painful first days!!

That box is so awesome! I particularly love all 4 grandparents being featured in both Korean and Swedish! Both languages do have specific names for relatives depending on which parent's family they belong to ... which neither German or English distinguish.

Pao Pao, i think 90% of Lukas' clothes are striped!! As for your question regarding my job, i think i will be 80% for a very long time. No plan to go up to full 100% any time...
So i dropped him off for the first time this morning(Johan is busy these days) and he cried as soon as i set him down from his stroller :( Had to give him his sleeping companion lamb right away. His lamb
is playing a big role these days..

Ninjette, regarding the box. Johan said the pedagogs were really impressed:P I guess it helps that Lukas mamma went to art school! Art school is finally paying off and getting recognition, hee hee!
Yes, i was quite surprised when i learned Swedish had specific distinguished names for different grandparents :)

Korean doesn't have different terms for the grandparents, but don't you have specific names for uncles and aunts, depending on which side of the family they belong to? Or am i making this up?

At least the Swedish naming system is really easy and intuitive ... almost like babytalk (farfar, mormor, farmor, morfar - right?)

Ninjette, we put 외 in front of 할머니, 할아버지, 삼촌 for mom's side of grandparents + uncle. For the dad's side we put 친 in front of 할머니, 할아버지, 삼촌. For aunties, it's 이모(eemo) for mom's side, then 고모(gomo) for dad's side. Dunno why they don't call auntie 외이모 or 친이모...
Yes, you are right about Swedish naming system :) Doesn't help that our cat's name is momo. When we are out in Marstrand the twins get confused when we say momo :P

Hey Sooki! Hope Lukas adjusts quickly. It will be okay I'm sure. Do you have a spare lamb companion?

lukas mamma

I wish... I cut off the tag early on when i got it as a present so i don't know the brand, and then i asked Joanna where she got it for him and i went to the store and it was closed.. I have been looking for that lamb for over a year now. We have a dragon and a rabbit but he just won't accept them:( So the lamb now goes to dagis with him and then comes home after.
