That's Lukas' latest nickname. We bought a small bag of animal crackers in Rio for the flight back and then forgot to give it to him so i gave it to him a few days ago and now he sings, 과자! 과자!!(which means cookie in Korean) from morning til dawn... hay yay yay... The good news is, the animal crackers are now replaced with less sugar, fibre-ful cereal:)
Here's a few pix from our lekplats visit today. He is sooo curious about the older kids there and would go near them and say, HALLO or wave and just observe what they were doing. He literally followed a few of them around until he couldn't catch up. On our way home he was infatuated with this red bicycle he stopped and wouldn't budge. The mother/her son were kind enough to lend it to Lukas for a few minutes :)
On a different note, Lukas has had 2 days of daycare experience and it is going well so far. It is only an hour or so in the morning and both Johan and i were there so that might be the reason. This coming week only Johan will take Lukas to daycare and they will slowly increase the visiting time. Keep your fingers crossed folks! Here's a pic from Lukas first day at his daycare. It's only 5-10 minute walk away from our apt.
My favorite Cookie Monster!
hehe.. he loves bikes - like papa :D

In the top photo LUkas is a mini-Sooki, he looks so much like you!!! The cookie monster photo, I thought he was another little boy, Lukas looks do different:) Johan must be happy that Lukas is interesting and trying on tricycles. How is the weather there, is it getting any warmer? Good luck with day care this week, I'm sure he will do fine specially if he is interesting what other kids are doing:)

Joanna, it's a dumpling date :)
Paola, Johan is ecstatic about Lukas' interest in bikes. Whenever Johan gets ready to bike Lukas is all over his bike..touching the wheels, pedals, chain... we actually have a ritual of ringing the bike bell and saying good night to the (numerous) bikes hanging in our living room every night :P
